Initial situation
A European logistics group needed to modernize administrative and building processes that had grown over time and still relied partly on manual work. Isolated solutions and older systems limited visibility and slowed operational decisions.
Our solution
Our Engineering Hub developed and implemented a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS), together with tailored digitalization solutions for the core administrative and logistics processes. The focus was seamless integration into the existing infrastructure without putting ongoing operations at risk.
The result
